Privacy Policy

Wishleast (“we”, “us”) is a price- and availability-tracking service operated by Reality Distortion Field. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. Questions: build.rdf@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your messaging identity. When you message our Telegram (or WhatsApp) bot we receive your Telegram/WhatsApp user ID and the display name you have set on that platform.
• Your phone number — only if you choose to share it. We ask you to tap “Share number” so we can reach you with price-drop alerts. Sharing is your choice; the bot works without it. We never read your contacts or messages with anyone else.
• The product links you send and the tracking preferences you set (size, colour, variant, target price). We fetch the public product page to read its price and stock.
• Basic usage data — alerts sent, links you tapped — to run the service and improve matching accuracy.

How we use it

• To track your exact product and send you price-drop and restock alerts.
• To find the cheapest in-stock seller across supported retailers.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on you.

Affiliate links

Wishleast is free. When you tap a “Buy” button we may use an affiliate link, and we may earn a commission from the retailer (e.g. Amazon Associates) at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the service free — see our Terms for the full disclosure.

Who we share with

Only the infrastructure providers needed to run Wishleast — our database and hosting (Supabase, Vercel), the messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp), and the page-fetching service used to read public prices. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Your choices & rights

• Stop tracking any item at any time from the bot or your dashboard.
• Tap “Stop tracking” on any alert to remove that item.
• Ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing build.rdf@gmail.com — we action it within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, or after a long period of inactivity, we remove your personal data and keep only anonymised, aggregate statistics.

Children

Wishleast is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above.
